(Denver) Beginning custom 1911 9mm kit (FRAME and SLIDE already fitted) - $ 550
FOR SALE: Partial 1911 9/38 custom build kit. FRAME AND SLIDE ALREADY FITTED! Started to many builds to be practical, thinning out the herd a little bit to get the number of builds under control (ok, the wife is making me thin out the herd). This kit I began piecing together will get you on the way to your own custom build for 9mm/38 Super/9x23/356 TSW/9x21, might even be able to use 7.62x25 to name a few.
SLIDE: Caspian stainless govt slide. Has Bomar rear and Novak front sight cuts. Top of slide does have flat top with serrations running the length of the slide top. Sides are polished with "Caspian" on left side and Caspian C with Wreath logo at the rear, polished side flats. As with all Caspian slides it is cut for the 9/38 firing pin to prevent primer flow. Does have some minor marks for being in a parts box, nothing that can't be easily dealt with when finishing build.
FRAME: FUSION Firearms (Bob Serva of Dan Wesson fame new 1911 company) FULL LENGTH dust cover carbon steel frame in the white. Wilson/Nowlin ramp cut frame. 20 LPI fromt strap. Frame does have plunger tube attached (blued style). Squared trigger guard.
ALSO INCLUDED: Caspian Firing Pin, Caspian 9/38 stainless firing pin stop, Ed Brown stainless rebuild set (Mainspring Cap, Mainspring Housing Pin Retainer, Hammer Strut Pin, Hammer Pin, Sear Pin, Mainspring Cap Pin, Magazine Catch Lock, Safety Lock Plunger Assembly, Barrel Link Pin, Ejector Pin, Mainspring Housing Pin, Mainspring, Mag Catch Spring), and Fusion brand Hammer Strut.
