Percussion rifle from the 19th century. Chauncy Brockway style from Elk Co PA is the manufacturer. Percussion rifle with half stock. The stock appears to be walnut with a 40" octagonal barrel. Looks like a Hawkin but is not. 32 cal. with all original parts. These were used during the civil war as sniper rifles because of their accuracy. This is what you might call the "Original Mountian Man Rifle" or a "Squirrel Rifle". The rifle is in NRA very good condition with no mechanical problems. Buyer pays shipping.
