No4 Mk 1/3 (F) FTR made by Savage Arms in Chicopee Mass as a No4 Mk1* some time in 1942. This is a lend lease US made rifle for the british army, sadly some person has filed down the US PROPERTY mark on it but u can still make out the U and TY in it. Gun broker has other lend lease rifles of the same type type go for 600 in very good condition, this rifle is not in very good but more along the lines of good, the wood is mismatched and it has a after market scope mount that took the place of the rear sight ( not drilled and tapped).
