It looks to me like it has never been fired due to the lack of wear on the bolt, the underside of the shotgun where shells are loaded), and a flawless bore.
I am able to ship this shotgun to an FFL licensee/C&R licensee if necessary.

This is an unusual pistol that I have had for quite a while. It is a Tanfoglio "The Ultra" I.P.S.C. Approved. Back in the 90's Tanfoglio received a request to do a special edition for the IPSC Standard Division Minor power factor. 50 pistols were produced and the slide was given the special engraving.The pistols were given lighter trigger/recoil springs, lighter firing pins and ported. This gun was also fitted with an adjustable straight trigger.It is a pleasure to shoot and amazingly accurate. According to Tanfoglio, this gun was made in April 1990 and shipped to the US on May 15, 1990. The gun comes with 2 magazines, and carrying case.

What I have here is basically brand new DPMS Sweet 16 A3 flattop. It was purchased and taken to the range where it had ten (10) rounds fired down range to check form and function before doing any mods. Well after its cleaning it has sat in the back of the cabinet untouched since its one and only range day and since I have enough 223/556 caliber rifles I have decided to let this one go since I haven't done any mods or made an emotional attachment it it like the others. It has a stainless bull barrel and a free floating hand guard from the factory, comes with the two factory mags and its plastic case just like I originally got it. Gun new out the door with taxes was over a $1000.00, buy it here with no taxes or yellow paper for $900.00, if you want a 600.00 AR please go buy somebody's frankenstein ar build. What I've got is a nice 1930 Colt Police Positive 38 with a 4" barrel that has a little wear from being carried at some point in it's life. It has the nice walnut checkered grips which also show some wear signs. Everything functions as it should although I have never fired it since acquiring it 7 to 10 years ago. Comes with a nice hand tooled leather case that it has lived in since before I owned it. Was told it is formerly a Chicago PD issue however I have not taken the time to send a letter into Colt to verify. Nice collector piece. $400.00 FTF in Norman.
