This is way too cool. Ha, ha, ha. Man, you gotta grin when you handle this. This is the Zastava M92PV in 7.62X39. It is a pistol AK. It begs to be a short barrelled rifle in the Krinkov vein. I'll just mention a few features. First, the pistol is excellent quality. The fit and finnish are similar to the Zastava long guns which I considered to be among the best out there. I like the flip up cover. It's hinged up by the trunnion. Very convenient compared to the removable covers. The rear sight is mounted halfway up the cover. Substantial ears protect the dual notch flip sight marked for 2 and 4. ?? Your guess is as good as mine. The 2 notch has a white dot to either side of the notch. The dots are not phosphorescent. Just white for visibility. The front sight post is an AK type adjustable for elevation. To its rear is a wide flip up sight with a single white dot. With the 2 rear setting and the front dot flipped up, you have a fast target acquisition sight selection. With the 4 rear setting and the smaller front post, you can accomplish finer aiming for those long shots out to 1000 yards. Yea, right! This is no precision shooting piece but the #4 notch and that post would give you better results off the bench. The muzzle threads are covered by a thread protector that has been tack welded to the gas block. The threads appear to be 24mm to my calipers, but I've read they're 26mm. The gas/sight block also has a sling attachment loop. The handguards are nicely fitted. There is no movement to either handguard. The double hook trigger/hammer has a long smooth travel with a let off around an estimated eight pounds. The grip is a synthetic design I havn't seen before. It's slim, horizontally grooved for a good grip, and has a right thumb relief molded in. You'll want to smooth the mold seams. The rear trunnion provides a solid rear plate that would be great for mounting that folding ACE stock once you receive your BATF approval letter to create your SBR. The bolt carrier and gas rod and piston are chromed. The M92 comes with two 30rd mags and a manual. There are no other accessories.
