This was originally used in 1 previous build and is in good condition. I only used that rifle for about 300 rounds, which is why I took it apart. This was going to be the receiver for my new precision build, and I was literally sliding the barrel nut onto the receiver when I noticed that I accidentally had purchased a barrel with a rifle extension. This has M4 cuts so it won't work for me. If you don't mind a few silver spots here and there, this is a solid receiver for a budget build.
Note: This upper has been lapped (80% as per standard) for accuracy using a lapping tool from Pacific Tool and Gauge, not that brownells garbage. If you're unfamiliar with lapping, it is done to ensure a completely flat, 100% perpendicular mating surface between the barrel and the receiver.
