(Jacksonville) Savage Weather Warrior 270 Win - $ 1,300
I have a Savage Weather Warrior Rifle up for sale. It is savage model # 17799. It has a bead blasted 22" stainless barrel, Detachable box magazine, accu-stock, accu-trigger and wears a Leupold VX-R 4-12X50 CDS scope (Leupold model# 120621). The current custom dial is set for the following: 130 Grain bullet @ 3060 FPS the rest of the details are minut (but I have them) unless shooting past 600 yards. It has the Fire Dot Wind-Plex illuminated reticle. I have set the rifle up with Leupold 2 piece, dual dove tail bases (Model #114975) and Leupold Rings, 2 sets (model# 51035). Both rings are different so, I bought (2) sets and used the cleaner looking rings of the 2. The rifle has been fired less than 20 times. The only reason for selling/trading is because I want a .338 or larger rifle for a couple big games hunts I have coming up this fall or a 7mm Rem Mag. This package is as good as it gets....I'd love to trade this set up for the exact same set up in 338 winchester...or even 375 H&H mag set up or 7mm (Not a 7mm WSM). Let me know what Large calibers set ups you have if interested.

I am the first and original owner of this rifle and have fired 67 rounds of hand loaded match ammo down the pipe. 3 shot groups after a 50 round break in period were between .5" and 1" @ 100 meters. Includes Harris bipod.

I have a completely custom Savage 93R17 with Bull Barrel. I am a gunsmith and customized this rifle as you see it. The rifle wears a BSA Sweet 17 scope (The new improved scope) with bullet drop compensator built into the dials. It has Warne billet rings and has been fuully glass bedded with alluminum pillars. This rifle has has about 50 rounds put though it and shoots clover leafs (.5" or less) at 100 yards, for a rim fire this is very rare but not unheard of with the time that has been put into this rifle for not just accuracy but ergonomics and apperance.
Have many boxes of ammo that accompany the rifle for and additional charge or trade.
